Entering the Venue

Getting Merchandise

* The queue for buying merchandise opens at 12:30pm. Merchandise sales will begin at 2:30pm.

* Although merchandise will be sold after the concert is over, it is possible that stock will run out. Also, please note that sales after the concert will not be open for very long.

* Because it is a standing concert, you might want to consider leaving your bags and merchandise in one of the coin lockers at the venue.

* If you purchased a premium ticket: after obtaining your physical premium ticket, please use it to receive the special premium ticket merchandise.

Getting your Ticket

* If you purchased your ticket from LivePocket, there will be a counter where you can show the staff your QR Code to receive your physical ticket. The ticket counter opens at 2:30pm. You will need the physical ticket to enter the venue.

Entering the Venue

* Admission into the venue will be ordered by ticket number.

* As opposed to a concert hall, Namba HATCH is a "live house". To enter a live house in Japan, it is necessary to pay cash for the drink fee, which is usually between ¥500 and ¥600 JPY. At live houses, even if you do not want a drink, it is usually necessary to pay the drink fee, so please plan accordingly. Thank you very much for understanding.

Travel Recommendations

Before coming to Japan

* If you plan on traveling throughout Japan, you can save a lot of money by purchasing a JAPAN RAIL PASS in your home country. Please visit this website for more information: http://www.japanrailpass.net/en/index.html

* It is relatively difficult to gain access to public wifi networks in Japan. If you would like to have wifi throughout your trip, you can rent a portable wifi system (pocket wifi). There are many different types, however most offer airport and/or hotel pickups. Alternatively, there are also data SIM cards available for purchase at airports and large electronics stores.

* November in Osaka is the middle of autumn. The temperature fluctuates between 17.5°C and 10°C (64°F and 10°F), so please pack accordingly.

Sightseeing in Osaka

* Please note that it is a standing concert. If you are worried about your feet getting tired, you might want to refrain from walking around too much on the day of the concert. For those that are not used to standing concerts, please don't worry! You might be surprised at how natural you'll feel while listening to the music!

* There are too many interesting placing in Osaka to list them all here. Not to mention Kyoto, which is only an hour north by train. However, if you would like some ideas for what to do on the day of the concert, some recommendations are written below.

Dotonbori is within walking distance from Namba HATCH, the concert venue. Dotonbori is filled with neon lights and, at the end of the year, christmas themed lights as well. You can enjoy walking around the Dotonbori River and surrounding streets. If you're hungry, you'll definitely be able to find some good food!
Osaka Castle is 30 to 40 minutes away from Namba HATCH by train. Although a little far, if you plan your schedule well you could easily see the Castle before going to the concert later in the day.
・Osaka is known for its food. So, be sure to plan on eating out at a nice restaurant while you are there!
