Entering the Venue

Getting Merchandise

* The queue for buying merchandise opens at 11:30am. Merchandise sales will begin at 1:30pm.

* Although merchandise will be sold after the concert is over, it is possible that stock will run out. Also, please note that sales after the concert will not be open for very long.

* Because it is a standing concert, you might want to consider leaving your bags and merchandise in one of the coin lockers at the venue.

* If you purchased a premium ticket: after obtaining your physical premium ticket, please don't forget to use it to receive the special premium ticket merchandise.

Getting your Ticket

* If you purchased your ticket from LivePocket, there will be a counter where you can show the staff your QR Code to receive your physical ticket. The ticket counter opens at 1:30pm. You will need the physical ticket to enter the venue.

Entering the Venue

* Admission into the venue will be ordered by ticket number.

* As opposed to a concert hall, Nagoya Diamond Hall is a "live house". To enter a live house in Japan, it is necessary to pay cash for the drink fee, which is usually between ¥500 and ¥600 JPY. At live houses, even if you do not want a drink, it is usually necessary to pay the drink fee, so please plan accordingly. Thank you very much for understanding.

Travel Recommendations

Before coming to Japan

* If you plan on traveling throughout Japan, you can save a lot of money by purchasing a JAPAN RAIL PASS in your home country. Please visit this website for more information: http://www.japanrailpass.net/en/index.html

* It is relatively difficult to gain access to public wifi networks in Japan. If you would like to have wifi throughout your trip, you can rent a portable wifi system (pocket wifi). There are many different types, however most offer airport and/or hotel pickups. Alternatively, there are also data SIM cards available for purchase at airports and large electronics stores.

* November in Nagoya is the middle of autumn. The temperature fluctuates between 17°C and 8°C (62.5°F and 46.5°F), so please pack accordingly.

Sightseeing in Nagoya

* Please note that it is a standing concert. If you are worried about your feet getting tired, you might want to refrain from walking around too much on the day of the concert. For those that are not used to standing concerts, please don't worry! You might be surprised at how natural you'll feel while listening to the music!

* There are too many interesting placing in Nagoya to list them all here. However, if you would like some ideas for what to do on the day of the concert, some recommendations are written below.

・The Sakae area is next to Shin-Sakaemachi, so it is an ideal location to spend some time before or after the live concert. It is filled with restaurants and a large variety of shops. Another food and shopping hub is the area surrounding Nagoya Station, which is also close to Sakae and Shin-Sakaemachi.
Nagoya Castle is a beautiful castle surrounded by the large and relaxing Meijo Park. It is roughly 8 minutes from Nagoya Diamond Hall by train. To go from the Castle to the concert venue, you can take the Meijo line (Meijo Koen Station or Shiyakusho Station) and transfer to the Higashiyama Line at Sakae Station.

Catching the Last Train

* In Japan, trains and subways are not operated through the night. Please be careful not to miss the last train. Also, do not forget to factor in if you have to transfer to another line or not. Please see below for details:
